Sometimes, life whispers your true calling— Yoga was mine. Leaving behind law and battling my own health struggles, I found healing, purpose, and transformation on the mat. My first steps into yoga revealed a profound connection between mind, body, and soul, inspiring me to share this ancient wisdom with others. Guided by an unwavering passion, I transitioned into teaching, specializing in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. My dedication led me to earn a Master’s in Yoga and a 500-hour Teacher Training Certification & a 100- hour Advanced Yoga Ttc. To offer a holistic experience, I pursued extensive training in Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Sound Bowl Therapy, and Marma Healing.
Each class I lead is a fusion of these diverse modalities, aiming to guide students on their own Journey of transformation, healing, and self-discovery.
